What's happening
- Last August, you may recall, we had a similar event. Mercy Housing Project Manager Jenn Fleming and Councilmembers Jay Schneirer and Eric Guerra presented on the upcoming housing development and responded to questions.
- We collectively made our concerns known, especially regarding the desire to keep 54th Street closed, which would likely require a redesign of the development's proposed Stockton entrance to accommodate southbound traffic in and out. This would in turn require city approval and action.
- Afterward, we reached out to a city planner who did respond, but then left the position. Councilmember Schneirer has since connected with Senior City Planner Marcus Adams who will attend this upcoming update to provide information and answers.
- Mercy Housing Project Manager Jenn Fleming and Councilmembers Jay Schneirer and Eric Guerra will also be attending this Update.
- So come on out! Find out what's going on in our own "backyard." Demonstrate unity. Make your voice heard. Enjoy some coffee and donuts while chatting with neighbors.
