City officials and their representatives have been invited: Supervisor Phil Serna, Councilmember Eric Guerra, reps from Mayor Darrel Steinberg, Sac PD, Sac. Dept of Community Response

• Holiday Party / Cookie Exchange Announcement (5 min)

• 21st Avenue Parkway Discussion (15 min)

Significant changes to the Parkway are being considered by the City, including turning off grass watering or creating a Park.

• Safety and Homelessness in our Community (30 min)

There is increasing concern over crime and homelessness in Colonial Heights resulting in more neighbors banding together to act.

• Porchfest Committee Update (10 min)

• T-Shirt Design Contest Results!
